The Digital Lay Out Should Also Show The Following Details:- A. Permanent Authorized Buildings And Temporary Structures To Be Clearly Marked Separately With Different Colours With Number Of Stories, B. Residential Quarters Showing Type Of Stories And Numbers In Each Block With Over All Statements, C. High Tension Lines Passing Through The Campus, D. Natural Nallahs Passing Campus, E. Boundary Of Campus Showing Length And Land As Per Revenue Record, F. Trees And Other Natural Features If Any, G. All The Road And Accesses. Preparation Of Counter Plan Of Suitable Contouring Intervals Depending Upon The Topography Of The Terrain & Preparing Drawing In A-1/a-0 Size, Recording Reduce Levels Of Points Of Abrupt Changes At Suitable Intervals, Fixing Temporary Bench Mark(tbm) And Making Them On Ground With Paint As Required Calculation Of Area And Other Details Of Surveyed Pockets With Submission Of Five Nos. Colour Drawing Along With Two Soft Copy On Compact Disk(cd) To The 1:1000 Or Suitable Scale & Plotting On Auto-cad And Shall Consist Of Contour Plan Showing All Existing Physical Features With Assumed Northing, Easting As Required Including Calculation Sheet Of Land Area. Rate Shall Include Cost Of All Operations Described Above I/c Labour, Machinery, Stationery, T&p And Clearing Of Minor Jungle. The Site Survey Plan Should Be Provide Information About Length Of Boundaries, Drains From Point To Points And Dimensions Of Existing Structure As Well As Detailed Levels Of Points Structures. Delay Due To Topography Of Area Etc. And Nothing Extra Shall Be Payable. The Payment Will Be Made For Area Actually Surveyed And After Approval Of Final Sets. The Survey Work Will Be Carried Out As Per Standards Norms And Directions Of The Engineer-in-charge.
